This icon needs to show up more often. I have aquascaping to do, CDs to burn, a reel to rebuild, etc.

Some old medical bills that were threatening to smush me have been deflected to insurance. It took many phone calls.

The medical bills have been functionally replaced by a storm of invoices from my mechanic. There is no redirecting them. This slow, expensive lesson is nearly over. The positive spin: I've learned how not to approach a broad-spectrum car project, and I can source A-body parts pretty well.

Took tomorrow off, on account of excellent weather forecasts and a fillet-less freezer.

I bought this rig too late last year, so it hasn't seen the water yet. Shit, ticket prices really flew up this season. I guess boats need gas, too.

Aceptaron a mi primita (Ya tiene 17 -- ¡que viejo estoy!) en el Colegio de Ciencias Naturales. She's one of forty students chosen for some fantastic program (I can't seem to figure out which), so we're all sorts of proud and excited. I will send proper mix CDs to protect her from bad music.

Since I'm a moron, I forgot that health insurance enrollment is due tomorrow, and I left the paperwork in the office. Guess I'll make a quick trip over there.

Bah. My niece, who I freakin' BABYSAT FOR, has graduated from Yale and is doing a sabbatical in Japan. You get no sympathy. (Yeth, I dangled a preposition. So shoot me.)

That and I seem to be muy caliente for the aging gay population at my gym. Gee thanks.
