Exercise: On 06.09.08, Capoeria Gerais Open House, in Chinatown. I thought it would be a demonstration, maybe a gentle intro class. No. I've never been sweatier. I got light-headed. My legs refuse to speak to me.

My legs will come around. As for the school: The facility, the people, and the price are all very good, but it's a different style of Capoeira that the one I practiced back in the day. I really just went out of curiosity.
