I need to learn about corporate organizational structure, so I can contribute to a discussion about growing a company. This is entirely uncharted territory for me. Can you recommend a good book or two?

Check out My Years at General Motors by Alfred Sloan - this is the guy who introduced a lot of ideas about corporate structure during the 20s and 30s.
