Not a bad idea. I've been trying to figure out how to do something every day except Sunday, but I'll slack off two of those six days...not bad, but... If others are doing it, however, it may be motivation to try harder to make a habit of it. Only takes 21 days to make a new habit, right?
I recommend a Boa weighted jump rope (http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41ASnr%2BsUcL._SS500_.jpg) for very rainy mornings, unless you have downstairs neighbors who sleep in.
I have snapped also! And I'm in. Been walking a lot. Tonight I will either workout meaningfully in a gym, and/or begin the 100-day pushup challenge. More news at 11.
Nah, this is more using scary weight machines. I'm not really getting an upper body workout with taekwondo alone, and it's embarrassing how few pushups I can do now.

Date: 2008-08-19 07:33 pm (UTC)I managed to get up to 30 days myself, until going out of town this weekend. So I'll re-start with you.
Brought my gym clothes with me to work, and forgot they closed down the gym today. :P But I went for an hour long fast-walk instead!
We should do an end-of-summer Walden run, if it ever gets warm enough again.

Date: 2008-08-20 03:25 am (UTC)Erm, just to be clear: I'm not suggesting snow-shoeing without snow. Bit of a time-sense lapse, there. Unseasonably cold today, too.
