I've been trying to figure out how to do something every day except Sunday, but I'll slack off two of those six days...not bad, but...
If others are doing it, however, it may be motivation to try harder to make a habit of it. Only takes 21 days to make a new habit, right?

Brought my gym clothes with me to work, and forgot they closed down the gym today. :P But I went for an hour long fast-walk instead!

You like your hikes, so get thee some snow-shoes. I hiked in snow once. My legs burned like Kuwaiti oil fields.

Erm, just to be clear: I'm not suggesting snow-shoeing without snow. Bit of a time-sense lapse, there. Unseasonably cold today, too.
