Tried a handful of bodyweight abdominal exercises.
Got all pumped watching this peculiar fellow.

i don't know about some of those weapon defenses - esp. the gun. but the guy's got a few nifty moves regardless... :)

90 minutes of hot yoga
20 pushups
50 straight leg raise crunches (various types)
200 seated isometric kicks
light sparring

I feel skeptical about some of those, as well. What I really liked was the bizarre mixture of what looked like Wing Tsun, Budo Taijutsu, and floppy drunk sailor.

15 minutes of elliptical, 20 minutes on treadmill.

My body's energy was being diverted to getting rid of the illness that I feel creeping around the corner so the elliptical was painful at best. I couldn't push myself as long or as hard. Suck.

Today should be an hour of yoga.
