Yesterday was a long, demanding, tiring, productive, and excellent day of fishing in splendid company, but a lack of fore-thought and discipline on my part resulted in an unacceptable fitness training lapse.

Two more days for me. This is Day Ten of Thirty-Two.

Vegetables and sunshine do not equal exercise, so I also mostly failed on this day. People in nearby cars should have hollered:

FAIL HARD!

However. Failure did give rise to adorable OMG ONOZ SETBACK twins (and Beard!); so it's not a total loss.
