Senile cells tossed, good cells split and passaged, new cells plated, HPASMC fed (yesterday's HPASMC split looks excellent), Western blots analyzed (clear and consistent results), 18 samples for control MAPK Westerns prepared, boss's plants watered, 2 10% SDS-PAGE gels poured, PCR prepped and running O/N. You are a beast.

Yes, it's after 9pm now, but you came in after 1, because you slept as much as you damn well pleased.

Oh, and you can breathe through your nose again, you've stopped producing fluorescent mucus, and you sound slightly less hoarse.
