Here's why I don't do enough with my time: I usually stop to ask myself if there's anything else I should be doing, instead. I really could sign up for Wing Chun without worrying about whether that will be the best and highest use of some evenings. Can't be worse than sitting in front of a computer.

I should unearth and revive some old projects, too.

Any kind of movement activity, whether it's martial arts, dance, yoga, whatever, is always an excellent use of time, not just for the time at hand but also because it will positively influence the quality of all your other time as well.
