woke me up with a phone call 20 minutes before my alarm went off this morning. She wanted to make sure I was OK, because my father had told her about a terrible tragedy in a nightclub. White Elephant, he said, is one of my favorite bands.

white elephant... whitesnake... white lion... great white... what's the difference? well, coverdale sucked, but that band was at least ok when vai was playing guitar. gw needs 1 more fire and jack russel needs to get a small burn. then he can say, he was once bitten, twice shy, bay-beh. ;)

BTW, a mutual, somewhat underweight friend of ours was almost there. Her current squeeze is a big fan of Ledsnake or White Zeppelin or whatever.
