My sleep schedule is so wrong, it almost feels right. I sleep two hours here, fourteen hours there, fifteen minutes there.
Great Wing Chun class today. Lots and lots of Chi Sau. My footwork is slightly less embarrassing now. Legs still feel noodly from my first run in eons, though.
Diet: Caught myself eating steak tips and onion rings twice last week, so I'll try keeping track of food. Today was uncommonly Japanese. Edamame, sashimi, gyoza, cold buckwheat soba, green tea, soy milk, 2% milk, whey protein powder, bananas, beer (less than a pint!), sweet potatoes, dates, raw almonds.
