I see a comic strip featuring a very sensitive Red Sox fan (who happens to be a diminutive sauropod, small enough to sit on a couch). The game is going poorly. He laments, "Bottom of the ninth, and we're down to two horses."*

The dinosaur crawls down from the couch and lays on his back, incapacitated by distress. He slips into a hallucinatory delirium, wherein he summons a nebulous manifestation of himself, also in a hallucinatory delirium, summoning himself, recursively... Until one of the manifestations summons Santa Claus (who happens to be Superman, from the neck down). Santa punches all of the recursive manifestations away, starting from the last one, moving upstream: Poof! They disperse into little clouds. This frees the dinosaur from his trance. I woke up around here. I don't even like baseball.

* I don't know baseball slang. I think he meant there were two men on base.
