I've been very diligent with the Iron Palm thing. It's surprisingly enjoyable and relaxing. My vinyl bag arrived, and I filled it with quartz gravel. I draped a T-shirt over it, because slapping the bare vinyl produces too much noise, apart from stinging like a mofo. I guess I'll be in trouble if I ever have to fight a naked man made of vinyl.
