Next DL 'cycle' might be something like 165, 185, 195, 205, 215, 225. That last number was feathers back in the day, but it looks pretty heavy right now.

It's time to start adding weight to the push-ups.

Today is DL day! My legs still hurt from Monday's front sq. Ha.

Oh,my triceps just fell off. Damn.

How do you add wt to the pushups? Band? Plate? Bag?

Plate, until someone puts an adjustable 100lb+ weighted vest on clearance.
