it was a great tour. saw it when i lived in ct and went to the show at club babyhead in providence - probably the night before or after manray's show. the disposable heroes of hiphoprisy opened.

summer 1991

OlderSister: "hey, do you want to go see a concert? I need someone to drive and I'll buy you a ticket."

Me: "What concert?"

OlderSister: "this band called Meat Beat Manifesto. They're playing at the Edge in Palo Alto. All ages. Should be cool."

Me: "That name sounds neat. Yeah sure. What kind of music is it?"

OlderSister: "it's industrial. Like Frontline Assembly and some of that Manchester electronic stuff."

Me: "Ok."
