2x10 Janda-like crunch before getting out of bed.
Went for a short run/walk/run on the Minuteman Bikeway before eating anything. It's difficult to run on empty! My left calf is still displeased about all the walking we did in SF, so I'm running less than I otherwise could. Long underwear were helpful, but the air still cuts through my sweatshirt, long-sleeve tee, short-sleeve tee, and tank. I'd like a windbreaker.
