I'm not entirely sure yet, but it involves going up and down the wooden steps in front of the house while carrying two Olympic plates. The idea was to work the upper leg musculature in a non-ballistic way*, but it ends up being a trapezius thing (too light on the legs), which is OK.

I don't want the drill to be grip-limited, so I've wrapped straps through the plates to make looped handles. It's all still a work in progress, and it ain't gettin' no progress today. The weather sucks.


* I'm nursing a Tibialis anterior injury, so I can't run.
