I just got back from a SF/Napa trip, and I totally saw this guy. This is the guy near the docks in err, whatever the town in Marin is called - Sosillito? (I was pretty hung over the day after the Whiskeys of the World tasting - so I was a bit fuzzy - plus my gringo ways and these cool sounding California names don't stick together well).
