We've packed most of both art studios, which means the entire top floor, plus downstairs books. That only leaves the rest of normal packing, plus a number of unwieldy basement items (printers, an old scanner, bikes, etc.).
I sometimes imagine a barn/antique/oddities store in his future, to display & sell the random things he collects or creates.
