You're really supposed to shoot the weight up with the legs, right? The arm is just there to hold on? That's what I've been aiming for, though I do end up using the shoulder a bit. I will study your RKC video some more.

Date: 2004-03-17 03:34 pm (UTC)yeah you're supposed to drive the bells off your chest with the hip snap and have your arms locked out with the bells overhead when you get up.
I'm feeling mobile again so I'll be hitting the bells once more.
At some point I need to get the tape back from you, side presses are calling to me :)
